ms really do some stupid shit with windoze, i had high hopes for win10 not being shit.. but all signs point to it being the same shit as win8, no doubt they will pull a vista with directx. directx10/11 was the primary reason most people upgraded from winxp(dx9.1) which was a fine os, however MS refused to let dx10/11 go on it.. forcing upgrades. Looks like they will do the same shit with win10, where win7 (which is the new winxp) will not be able to get the newer dx12 update. Thus a classic M$ way to force consumer upgrades despite most the rest of the OS not exactly adding much value. And the interface still looks like that flat color (even fking win98 with classic theme allows users to set title bar gradients) square corner metro inspired shite that is win8 where the aero ui of win7/vista looks far better on desktops, and even worse they've replace the icon set in win10 with something even worse than win98 icons.
anyway brandon not sure what the issue is with that.. no one else has got it.. at least none of have said they have if they use win8 aswel.
I'll try test on win8.1 myself sometime, no idea when though.
