What should I do when my in-game screen is glitching?

Heyo guys, I just wanna know how am I suppose to fix my screen. When I log in to Kraftzone I can see for about 2 seconds all the builds and all. Then suddenly it just glitches out and I can barely see anything on my screen except for floating signs and water flowing on the ground.

Happend to my friend. Push F2. If it doesnt respond or work look up the so called ''codes..'' you can find when youre disconnected from mc. and compare them to when its normal [works for me when i have issues :D ] Or press F5, F4, or use FN+Z+Shift (left shift)
You could try it on another MineCraft acc, and see if theres any difference
What mods do you use? Resource packs? Version hacks? any hacks in general?
