My server crash messages:Read this koolio!

So koolio here are my crash messages:Bad packed id [numbers change every time it crashes],Bad compressed data format,Recived longer string than normal [its not written right but it goes something like it],Connection reset by peer @ sun.nio.ch.file depacher.impl:-2,Read time out,Loading nbt data [i'm not shure about this one, the last one]   so there you go, hope you can fix all this koolio!

Just write down the error message... separate line, not like how kodsas did it.

I got another report Check This Out: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 248

I think it is becuase the server is on proxy
