I think some people need to stop spamming questions because i see little childs (velican) spam Koolio because someone "hacked" him. We need to get a better plugin that deals with spammers.

There's no 100 percent way to solve it. Plugin might solve it, but then it creates problem who don't spam. There's always a pro and con to an solution

well there's a plugin that makes a limit like, only allows msgs for 3 seconds so it will lower the spam rate.

i said a while ago that there should be a chat cool down plugin like a staff member does /cooldown Xs/m/h to make it so where everyone can only post a message ever 5 seconds (configureable) for X s/m/h i was thinking about making it
