First Off, There should be a rule that only 10 animals per plot (16 by 16 area) Lately, There has been lag that was cause by huge animal farms. If someone finds more than 10 animals in a plot, they would notify Koolio or a Support.
Second, We should exchange the current pvp plugin with
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/pvp-arena/ It has the same features, but you can have custom classes.
The Classes Could Be:
Archer: Leather Armor, 2 Bows, 2 Stacks of arrows, Wood Sword, 3 Cooked Porkchops
Swordsman: Iron armor, Diamond sword, 5 Cooked Porkchops
Mage: Gold Armor, Gold Sword, 2 Splash Potions of Harm I, A potion of healing I, Splash potion of slowness (:30)
Tank: Diamond armor, stonesword, Potion of regeneration (:22), 10 Cooked Chicken
