Contracting, basicly what this is a member can pay someone with creative or just a creative builder to build a mansion pixel art etc.
That koolio makes a towny thats huge with a public farm and shops with plots that range like this 16x16: free 56x56: 100k 124x124 1000k this will provide new players and older players that need a faction a place to build etc.
Teamspeak or mumble I think koolio should make one of these ^^
Bounty board and contracting board at spawn, this will enable players to place a sign to say a bounty and how much they are willing to pay for that bounty and also a place to request a contractor (if koolio decides to add contracting)
