i am currently jailed and muted and unable to play on your server. I would like to be unjailed and unmuted so i can play properly on the server.

Explain why you are muted/jailed. Apologise maybe. Put more effort in it.

i was muted and jailed for my stupidity and ignorance and i am sorry for what i did i would just like to play on the server.
