There have been a lot of towns lately springing up, as well as nations. I think the price of towns should be more then 25k, maybe 50 or 75k, and I think only members and up should be able to make a new town, because there are way to many owned by registered. And the town upkeep should be more 10$ a day?! That is why most towns that aren't even used still are up, I think that should be increased as well.
