Can we have a town-specific Subforum? So we can post any news and such to our town?

You could always make a thread for your town and update it constantly in general chat.

I am thinking of adding town specific forums.. ie a Towny forum section, where you can have a subforum bit for your own town.. but there be some requirements before you could apply for it.
