Title: Apparently "not enough towny blocks to claim"

Well a few days ago i bought 30 towny blocks from Koolio and he said he gave them to me. I don't know what happened but everytime i try to claim something it always says that. Can someone help please?

Maybe your Town blocks are all used up?

could a secretary or assistant have claimed them somewhere? possibly by accident

maybe ur not claiming next to an already claimed townblock. because like yeah. make sure the next chunk is also claimed by ur town, or else wont work.
