Title: Freaking spammers.

So, at 3:20 AM (Eastern time), Kooljaws was spamming multiple things, and needs to be shut up for good.

Yes Spamguard is outdated and broke... its also always been a bit of a jerk with kicking people for 'Nothing' bit lame on the development side

I'm looking for a better replacement.
