Title: Lets ban oggycomption/staff app (Too soon?)

Well today around 2:30 pm eastern time oggycomption spams the server and there are no staff on at all to stop him, this is where i come in... lol jk. Anyway i told him several times to quit it and he called me gay. Hes still spamming as im typing this. Anyway yea check out the vid and pics below
