So I had an idea for this "rank". The Restorator are ranked players that can remove these kinds of things, broken houses, disbanded towns, greifed land, empty forests, ect. It can help out the server alot by making it look nicer, replenishing the trees for other players, an such. To find a spot for my town i had to run out the the edge of the map just so there was no crap nearby, i couldn't remove it because it was protected, or there were chests in the way. I was wanting to get this rank because whenever I find these things there's either no staff on or koolios afk.
The requirements could be:
200 votes
At least 10 months dedicated to the server
Have at least member+
Doesn't annoy players (Koolio)
Has a clean KZ record
Has done at least 3 things that have benefited the server (Donated, spawn help, ect.)
The permissions: (I'm sure Koolio will decide on these, just suggestions)
Controlled creative
Gm
Lockette override
Controlled World Edit
~Pepsi

200 votes isn't a lot. Look at Koolio's votes and TushTush. :P

Also, no need for this rank. You can just get a support or Koolio to rollback a building.

Thing is, there is very little supports on KZ and they can't be on all the time.
Also, this looks like a great chance for any griefers that dedicates a crap ton of time on this server
