I think that there should be a mod list, which lists certain mod Catagories of which type that we can use. It should clear up a lot of confusion, becuase I have no idea if Rei's minimap is allowed. New Topic? :)

Is no list... no point trying to say no to certain mods when there is no way to prevent the usage of them anyway :D
Pointless to try make rules on that, so long as the mod isn't being used to annoy others which is already a rule then I don't have a problem with it.

Yes, minimap is allowed, as long as you don't annoy other people with it :)
