YES it is downloaded but it's a beta and gust a prank
get the jar here, and make a copy of your minecraft folder so you wont loose all your data

they handed it out april first to a select group of minecraft commentators as a "closed alpha" and probably said act like it's real for today to make it seem more likely, and really super hostile game mode XD also it says update:april fools on the top
