So I dont know the coords of my towns is there a way to find them.

Can you even get a town back when even the owner has joined a town?

Nope, but the old town could be Are protected under your name so you could remain in your current town and still build in old town.

I have all the old town locations, just op didn't provide any town name.. so bit hard to help.
