..point is, what is the point. I don't need a separate application process with input boxes and such, or for players to use such a form, which would just be sent to me and not openly on the forum for other players to comment on, which actually helps such players get feedback.
Lets not also forget that I'm not needing anyone to apply for staff on here, the only reason such a sub-forum exists, is because it has been requested and its just useful to refere all those coming to ask for staff positions. Believe it or not the only player who has ever been chosen for a staff position on Kraftzone based on there staff app was jp123loz, and his app was a video.
So to be very clear I don't pick anyone for staff based on bits of text in a staff application, lots of text on kraftzone and time for me to see how they are is more like it.
