Ideas?

So I wanna use either KZ's anniversary or it being it so close to Christmas as an excuse to get back into either Flash animation or art, despite me not being able to get a drawing tablet, so I may do it with the cursor (which is nowhere near as good compared to a drawing tablet.) Any ideas on what to draw/animate, I'm thinking like a group pic at Titan (comment if you'd like to be in it) and maybe animate some of Bob's adventures. any better ideas?
