Apparently, she died and then when she respawned, she got the message "The ban hammer has spoken", meaning someone/something banned her for no reason.

ik i was there when it happened. died by zombie pigmen and got banned... what a weird story xD

shes unbanned and its fixed now, hardcore mode :D death = ban
