Christmas Celebration.

As you might see my "holiday celebrations" post down below with 140 views, i am wanting to do a christmas theme.
I first want to get permission from koolio to allow me and other people i have chosen to decorate the spawn with christmas stuff. I also am going to create projects for spescific people to do. Trees, giant presents, pixel art, ect...
The people I have chosen are Lunar, Blue, Sly, Jp, and Mask, (if your reading this) if you dont agree thats fine. Koolio I kinda was hoping for a temp rank for this spescific project that allows me to build/destroy spawn and possibly creative, since you dont trust me with staff :(
As for everyone else, I hope your in the holiday spirit to decorate your town or add some christmas features to your skin or town name :)
This should take place by next week or until koolio comes up with that rank. xD
Btw koolio i have an idea for a plugin that I will talk about later.
