SG Warp and other stuff

The Spawn warp sign in SG "does not exist." This makes it impossible for players to leave SG, luckily I found that the DiamondShop warp still works, but if people don't know that, they're stuck in SG until an admin comes on, so I just think that should be fixed, otherwise players would just be trapped in SG Limbo forever and ever, also, SG needs to allow the opening of doors
