So i was thinking...
New players would appreciate greetings even if admins weren't on

Rank: &3Greeter
Job: welcome new players (use full username) and give them a walkthrough at spawn
Requirements: time, fast typer

My idea: don't mess up the ranks so nearly everyone has a different rank and newbies keep asking for a rank... Just my opinion...
