this is a nice and basic tutorial for towny, it tells you the essentials of towny, good job

Good tutorial.. If you ever think about doing a version 2 of that tutorial maybe do it in game? Like a complete walk through of setting up a town, and taking players through things they might want to do like, toggle pvp, /t set perm resident build off/on examples setting up plots, how to make sense of /town ? 

Maybe even going as far as the /resident ?   stuff and how to add friends so they can also build on your plot.

Still having the text of the commands overlayed, but also showing them in game..
