Messages spamming my client

Anytime I dig, a message pops up in my chat saying "You don't have the permission to build."

I still dig correctly, and all that, but I'm not in a town or anything like that, I just find it strange, and somewhat annoying that any time i break a block it says this in my chat.

To fix that problem rorobam, type /ignore (playername).It won't ignore their chat, but it'll get their tp's out of your chat.
