I think you should get member+ way before that time. Someone said you had to be on for more than 500 hours. Thats WAY too much. You should lower it a lot. Also, after being member+ for 50 hours, (Probably more), you should become Staff-

As I said in another post, there is currently no way to get member+, unless Koolio wants to.
