Fell Into A Gap

Ok I Was Playing Right And I Went To Spawn To Buy Something And Then Went /home And I Was Falling Into The Void And It Said 'FaTalFLaVoR Fell Into A Gap' This Happened 4 Times I Lost All My Diamond Tools [Pickaxe 'Effiency2' , Axe, Spade, Sword] Also [Diamond Armor] And 17 Diamonds Also I Lost A Stack Of Iron 64 Coal 23 Cooked Pork And My Wood I Got Told To Post Here To Get My Stuff Back?
