New perk ideas for Artist and Architects

This idea is G-E-N-I-U-S...................,.,.,.,.,.,.,,.,.,.,.,....,., but it has already been asked for then again we never had it... All ranks should get some new perks (buffs) for:

-Helper
-Artist
-Architect

Should get at least something like creative :D for more bootyful builds and constructivenesssss..
More perks means more players will be willing to join our KZ community and staff BOOM RATATATATA
