Ask koolio and see if its a bug in one of his plugins.
Im not trying to be spescific or anything but im pretty sure its a plugin.

Are you in creative mode? If so, its a conflict of mods, nothing to do about it but re-add your stuff after every log in.

only happens to me when in creative before i log out  :D
