I have to agree. If he has been greifing it clearly says in the rules that it will result in a perm-ban. However I think it depends how bad his greifing was, for example if he touched the occasional block on someone elses land he shouldn't be banned but if he stole several diamond blocks or wrecked someones build it should be a perm ban. However I think that everyone deserves a second chance, He should get one more chance in my opinion and if he abuses it it will be a perm ban. That's just my opinion but its completely up to you.
