Why isnt server online in the morning guys?? can some1 fix?

I want the server to be online in the mornings why is it not?? it says 24 / hrs open but it is not.. lol.... can some one awnser me this question please regards Habror414

It says, Cannot establish Connection becuz the host computer dosnt have a Connection to the server .. lol cant even find the server .. lol

it seems like no1 is online on the server so. and it just says Pinging and after a while it says cannot connect to server. pls help me out.

its the 1.7 proxy server that seems to be crashing (twice now) and I have no idea why...   everyone has to connect through the proxy server, even if the actual main server is online (like the top banner shows)
