want to fix rain? try optifine it has the option to turn off rain and the splash effect (turning off rain splash turns off rain sounds)

oh... i haven't downloaded any mods... i don't have the some of the proper files... and i have no fking idea on how to download winRAR

Jobs fuck up the economy.
There are little children playing on this server, so no blood.
Kraftzone is survival, not something to get levels fast...
Staff and higher don't want sad people when towns have a war. So no chance for that.
